Since we can't find more time during the week due to the busy work and social life, we take care to go to the kitchen on the weekends. Since we have friends to host at home, we wanted to set a nice table on Saturday evening. We decided to choose a nice wine to serve alongside the grilled meatballs and tagliatelle carbonara that we prepared with lots of laughter and some struggle. Just at this moment, we thought of the red Bordeaux wine that our friend brought as a gift on our way back from France.
After airing our wine to accompany our meal, we sat down at the table. Wine seemed to please people at first, probably because it accompanied a good conversation. However, after taking a few sips, a slight dissatisfaction appeared on everyone's face. Although there are people with different tastes in the team, we agreed that the wine we drank could not fully satisfy anyone. For this reason, we wanted to share our notes on the characteristics of the wine rather than its compatibility with the food. As you can imagine, there are varieties of Bordeaux red wines that appeal to many different segments. We can say that we are drinking a Bordeaux wine that aims to reach a wider audience and is therefore affordable. You can find our tasting notes and ratings for wine below.

Claret Red Smell: Not sharp but with red fruit flavors at the front and very strong at the back. light vanilla Palate: The red fruit aromas that stand out in the scent continue on the palate, but we can say that it creates a slightly lower taste sensation compared to its smell. The predominance of the characteristic of Cabernet Sauvignon grape created the impression that there was an imbalance during the blending of the grapes.
