There is no minimum order requirement for your online orders.

To complete an order, we require your billing and delivery addresses. An account is not necessary.

We offer standard delivery for a fee of £8.95. However, if your order totals £120 or more, delivery will be free of charge. Please don't hesitate to e-mail our team at help@organicawine.uk for any inquiries related to corporate, event, organisation, or wholesale queries. We'll be more than happy to help you out.

Deliveries are made on the same day until 12:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. No delivery service is available on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

To check on the shipping status of your parcel, you can simply visit the DPD website or use the myDPD app and enter the parcel label number or reference number that we provide you as soon as DPD shares it with us.

DPD takes great care in ensuring that your wine delivery is successful. If there is no one available to receive the parcel, DPD will attempt to deliver it to a neighbouring address. However, please note that DPD will not leave the parcel without obtaining a signature. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, a calling card will be left, requesting you or the recipient to contact DPD to either re-arrange delivery or collect the wine from the nearest DPD depot, whichever is more convenient. DPD will make two delivery attempts. If they are still unable to deliver the wine or receive no response to the calling cards, the wine will be held at the nearest DPD depot for one week.

We use durable 100% recycled transit boxes that can withstand most challenges, but sometimes wine bottles can break during shipping. In such cases, we take full responsibility and immediately resend the order. Please inspect parcels and wine condition before signing. We're unable to take responsibility for any breakages after you've accepted the delivery.
