Domaine de Sainte Marie Coteaux de Peyriac IGP is an oak-aged Merlot wine underwent a controlled temperature maceration process, including 100% de-stemming. The fermentation lasted three weeks, and 60% of the wine aged in oak for 12 months. With a deep colour and hints of black, this wine has a rich aroma of ripe fruit and vanilla, particularly strawberry jam. The full-bodied and round palate delivers a soft and persistent sensation of oak and spice. This red meat and game pairing wine should be served between 18-20°C.
