Louis Bio Crémant de Loire Rosé Brut NV
A refined organic sparkling wine from the Loire Valley, crafted by Maison Louis de Grenelle. Made from Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc, it is cool-fermented in stainless steel and matured for 18–24 months on lees in traditional limestone cellars.
This crémant shimmers a delicate pomelo pink with fine, creamy bubbles. Aromas of fresh peach and raspberry lift from the glass, underpinned by the crisp mineral character of Chenin Blanc. The palate is dry, elegant and textural, finishing clean with a subtle savory note.
A sophisticated sparkling wine, ideal as an aperitif or paired with seafood and shellfish. Certified organic for purity and authenticity.
