Description
Belle Coline is located in the Blaye Cotes de Bordeaux region, famous for its rich and fertile soil. The vineyards use a unique whole-berry fermentation process in temperature-controlled, stainless-steel tanks, and malolactic fermentation in a combination of French oak barrels and tanks. The 2015 Right Bank vintage is aged for 12 months in new, French oak barrels, giving it a fragrant aroma of spiced red fruits with a hint of savoury, meaty undertones. This medium-weight Claret has silky tannins with vibrant red fruits and gentle texture, offering ample and fleshy oak length with a fresh aroma of red fruits, plum, rose petals, and cedar hints. This wine is best served at a temperature between 15-16°C. It pairs wonderfully with veal, pork, beef, lamb, duck, game, roast chicken, and grilled dishes, as well as Asian cuisine, and hearty fish courses like tuna, mushrooms, and pasta.
