La Fleur – Lussac Saint-Émilion
La Fleur is a classic, approachable expression of Lussac Saint-Émilion, showcasing the charm and balance of this historic Right Bank appellation. Located just north of Saint-Émilion, the vineyards sit on a mix of hillsides, plateaux, and gentle slopes, with soils of clay-limestone and Périgord sand that bring both freshness and early approachability.
The wine is fermented at controlled temperatures with gentle maceration to preserve fruit purity and achieve a supple, rounded texture. After malolactic fermentation, it is aged in stainless steel and concrete tanks, maintaining freshness and clarity.
