Coral de Peñascal is a delicate, elegant pale rosé made from organically grown Tempranillo at Peñascal’s carbon-neutral winery, and presented in a lightweight bottle made from recycled and recyclable materials. Each bottle supports projects dedicated to the conservation and restoration of coral reef ecosystems, which represent 25% of marine biodiversity.
Pale and bright in colour, the wine shows expressive aromas of redcurrant and raspberry, layered with peach, apricot, and white floral notes. The palate is fresh and vibrant, with stone fruit flavours and a refreshing lift of pink grapefruit.
Gently extracted colour and cool fermentation in stainless steel preserve purity and freshness, with a short period on lees adding texture. Clarified with vegetable protein, the wine is vegan-friendly.
