Description

Mirabeau Pure Rosé is a masterful blend, composed of 62% Grenache, 21% Syrah, 10% Cinsault, and 7% a refined combination of Mourvèdre, Carignan, Rolle, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tibouren, and Ugni Blanc. Sourced from the premier terroirs of the Côtes de Provence, this wine emphasizes the exceptional parcels surrounding the Sainte-Victoire mountain range, where cool night temperatures and limestone-rich soils impart a distinctive minerality. Further complexity and aromatic finesse come from the renowned "Golden Triangle" near the Maure Mountains and the upper Var.
The grapes are harvested at night to preserve their delicate aromas and are carefully processed through gentle direct pressing and partial liquid maceration (stabulation), followed by temperature-controlled fermentation. To ensure optimal quality, the wines are safeguarded with inert gas throughout the winemaking process.
Mirabeau Pure Rosé showcases a delicate peach-tinted hue and an enticing bouquet of citrus and exotic fruit, featuring pink grapefruit, papaya, and vineyard peach. On the palate, it reveals elegant floral notes, vibrant acidity, and a precise minerality that creates a refreshing, harmonious balance.
This mouth-watering rosé is perfect for festive occasions and pairs beautifully with refined dishes, such as grilled sea bream with lemon zest and fennel, tataki of wild salmon, or beef tagliata.
