Theresa Airen

Theresa Airen is made from organically grown Airen grapes, picked at the perfect ripeness during cooler temperatures, either at night or early in the morning, to ensure a balanced taste between acidity and sweetness. After harvest, the wine undergoes controlled fermentation for 8 to 10 days at a temperature of 17-18ºC. The outcome is an elegant, fresh and persistent flavour with hints of clean, fresh and intense floral aroma. It is an excellent choice to pair with salads, canapes, and appetizers, and should be consumed at a temperature of 10ºC.
