Bright lemon yellow in colour with a gentle effervescence, this Vinho Verde offers vibrant tropical and citrus aromas alongside subtle floral notes. Fresh and lively on the palate, it shows crisp acidity and a clean, refreshing finish, making it highly versatile and easy to enjoy.
The grapes come from Sativa vineyards in Amarante, located 450 metres above sea level, where certified sustainable practices, high-density planting, and predominantly granite soils with schist influences contribute a distinctive mineral edge. This terroir enhances the wine’s expressive fruit profile, with notes of pear, peach, apricot, lychee, pineapple, passion fruit, and papaya, balanced by freshness and finesse.
Produced by Calçada Wines, a historic family estate founded in 1917, the wine is gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve purity and aromatic intensity.
