Quinta Vista Vinho Regional Lisboa Tinto is an approachable yet well-structured red from Portugal’s Lisboa region. A blend of Syrah, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, and Castelão grown on clay-limestone slopes, it combines ripe fruit expression with gentle oak influence.
The nose shows intense red and black fruit aromas, layered with notes of chocolate, vanilla spice, and subtle oak. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, with velvety, well-integrated tannins and fresh acidity providing balance. Partial ageing in French and American oak adds depth and complexity, leading to a smooth, persistent finish.
Vinification
After total destemming, the grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled vats at 28–30°C with regular pump-overs. Extended maceration on the skins for 28 days enhances structure and flavour before the wine is partially aged in 250-litre oak barrels for 4–6 months.
