Château Le Gay Rosé, bottled at the estate and made entirely from Cabernet Franc, shows a delicate coral-pink colour with an expressive nose of raspberry and soft confectionery notes. The palate is full-bodied yet supple, offering forest fruit flavours lifted by a fresh, pearly vibrancy and an elegant, harmonious finish.
Complementing it beautifully, Mirabeau X Rosé from Côtes de Provence blends Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Cabernet Sauvignon. It delivers delicate aromas of yellow peach, grapefruit, and floral notes, followed by a light, vibrant palate of citrus and melon, subtle herbal freshness, and crisp minerality. Fermented in stainless steel from high-altitude clay-limestone terroirs, it finishes clean, fresh, and refined.
