Description
Nestled in the heart of the Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux, Château Belle Coline benefits from the region’s famously rich and fertile soil. This 2015 vintage showcases the best of the Right Bank, crafted through whole-berry fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks and finished with malolactic fermentation in a mix of French oak barrels and tanks.
Aged for 12 months in new French oak, the result is a beautifully balanced Claret with a fragrant nose of spiced red fruits, lifted by hints of savoury, meaty undertones. On the palate, it’s medium-weight with silky tannins, vibrant red fruit, and a gentle texture that evolves into a fleshy oak finish. Delicate notes of plum, rose petals, and cedar round out this elegant expression.
Serving temperature: 15–16°C.
Perfect pairings: Veal, pork, beef, lamb, duck, game, roast chicken, grilled dishes, Asian cuisine, and hearty fish like tuna. Also excellent with mushrooms and pasta.
