Lindemans Pecheresse

This lambic beer, produced by the Lindemans family in the traditional Belgian style, has a mild sweetness and wine-like taste. It is made using wild yeasts from the air and aged in oak barrels for years to create a sour and tart flavour. To balance the sourness, peaches are added, resulting in a pleasant aroma and sweetness before a refreshing and tart finish. It pairs well with foie gras and puddings.
