This delicious white wine is crafted from Pinot Grigio grapes grown in the north-eastern regions of Italy, specifically in Trentino Alto Adige, Veneto and Friuli. These regions are commonly known as "Tre Venezie". The winemaking process involves meticulous attention to detail, resulting in a white wine with a delicate floral aroma and a fruity bouquet that includes ripe apple and grapefruit notes. The fermentation takes approximately two weeks in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C, using selected yeasts. After fermentation, the wine is stored in steel tanks at a low temperature until it is racked. This Pinot Grigio is crisp and well-balanced, with a beautiful mineral finish. It has a fresh and fruity flavour that pairs perfectly with pasta, risotto, light meals, fish, and shellfish. We recommend serving this wine at a temperature of 10-12°C.
