Pinot Grigio delle Tre Venezie
Produced from Pinot Grigio grapes grown across Italy’s renowned Tre Venezie area, encompassing Trentino-Alto Adige, Veneto, and Friuli Venezia-Giulia. This wine showcases the bright, fresh character for which the region is loved. After gentle destemming, the grapes are softly pressed and the must is chilled for cold settling before fermentation begins with carefully selected yeasts at a controlled 16–18°C, preserving the purity of fruit and aromatic finesse.
Colour & Aromatics
Bright straw yellow in the glass, with delicate floral highlights and a fruity bouquet of crisp green apple, grapefruit and citrus blossom.
Palate & Pairing
The palate is fresh and vibrant with refreshing acidity and a light mineral finish, a classic expression of Pinot Grigio. Perfect with pasta, risotto, light meals, fish and shellfish, or simply as an aperitif. Serve chilled at 10–12°C for best enjoyment.
